Reset Your Password

This Knowledge base article explains how to reset your password, when you have forgotten your password or when you are trying to login for the first time.



1) Go to the URL: https://tms.ttgtranslates.com. Click on “Forgotyour password?”.







2) On the next screen, enter your User ID: which will be your FirstName.LastName or whatever was supplied to you by TTG team and click on “Remind Me”. 

 





3) You will receive a link to your registered email address to reset your password in about 5 mins. You can change the password and log in to our TMS.


Please also check your JUNK/SPAM folders for the password reset email.
